My mother asked my to call a locksmith for her jewelry store and when searching online i noticed that theirs a big list of locksmiths in the area with not such great reviews till i crossed paths with Fixed Rate Locksmith on google and noticed how great their reviews are and i go through reviews to check the authenticity of peoples reviews and to see how new they are. After checking it all out i gave my mother the green light and called them to make an appointment they showed up on time and in a company vehicle which is important because other locksmiths come in personal cars and aren’t very professional or knowledgeable in the trade. I was happy with our Technician Or when he came out he took his time and explained everything to my mother and i step by step and made sure we chose the locks that we wanted and my mother initially picked the most expensive one and Or explained to us that for our needs that one wasn’t necessarily needed and could use a different one for a better price and we have now referred him to our other neighbors in our strip mall. we are happy with fixed rate locksmith and will continue to highly recommend them to everyone we know.

Highly recommend this locksmith. I needed to have a rekey on the office door and gave this company a call. The technician (Or) contacted me and was here within the half hour. The door is rekeyed and both keys work. The work was finished within 15 minutes. Very personable and explained everything. He also was able to take credit card as payment.
